Please write a short proposal for the exhibition that you are planning. This should include the tentative number of works that you plan to exhibit, the medium (photography, painting etc.) and the theme and title for your exhibit.


Please send with the application a sample image of the exhibition you are proposing if you have any.

Exhibition guidelines:

  • All prints must be framed and matted and must be a minimum of 22”x 28” including the frame.
  • Please let us know if you need any help installing one week before the deadline
  • Please make sure you install on the date that you indicated, and let us know if there is a change in the date
  • Take down all your material by a week after your exhibition ends, if this has not happened the committee will take it down
  • Please send the title of the exhibit and the names of the pictures within two weeks before the show, so we can make a sign and labels
  • Please write a short artist statement within two weeks before the exhibit, so we can make a sign. This does not have to be long or complicated, a small paragraph is enough. If you need any help writing it, a helpful link is:

  • We provide 150 $ for funding. If you need extra funding, please send a request within 2 weeks before the exhibit; our committee will look through it and decide accordingly
