Catalina Blanco is the Chief Financial Officer for the Duke University Union.

Responsibilities

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Catalina keeps track of where DUU money goes—and should go—and allocates extra monies if necessary. She budgets and keeps clear and concise reports of all transactions made by DUU as well as present financial proposals. Also, as Chair of the University Union Finance Board she must review proposals and guide the committee to make recommendations that will better each proposal. Most importantly, as CFO she will must leave no doubts that DUU is clean and transparent.
