The DSG Judiciary is charged with ensuring that all of DSG's actions are in line with the bylaws and constitution which govern the organization. The Judiciary oversees contested elections, helps decide on legislation or activities of questionable constitutionality, and has appellate jurisdiction over impeachment and the removal of DSG officers. The committee is convened and headed by Jeff Buchan, the Chief Justice. Three other members are appointed by the Chief Justice, The DSG President, and the DSG Executive Vice President. The final three members are elected by the DSG Senate.
