The Duke University Union is a student-run programming organization, which aims to cater to the wants and needs of the student body. We recognize, however, that there is no way for one group of people to know what event each and every student would like to experience during his/her time at Duke. Thus, Director of Liaisons aims to give any student with a programming idea the opportunity to see that event executed. In essence, we have the experience and the funding to program a range of events, and we want your ideas!! DUU is not a funding organization—we will not simply provide students with money to put on their own event—but we do want to work with individuals and groups at Duke to broaden the range of events that occur at the university.
