Process Time Line:

  • President application due: Midnight Wednesday February 6th
  • President Interview and Selection: Sunday February 10th
  • Executive Board application due: Wednesday February 13th
  • Executive Board Interviews and Selection: Sunday February 17th
  • Standing Programs Applications due: Wednesday February 20th
  • Standing Programs Interviews and Selections: Sunday February 24th
  • Innovative Programs Application due: Wednesday February 27th
  • Innovative Programs Interviews and Selections: Sunday March 2nd

Executive Board Positions: Executive Vice President, Vice President of Programming, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Marketing Director, Executive Secretary, and Facilities Director

Standing Program Director Positions: LiveEnt, Coffeehouse, Cable13, Freewater Presentations, Film Productions, Major Attractions, Jazz at the Mary Lou, WXDU, Small Town Records, Campus Parties – Duke Royale, Dukes of Durham etc, Joe College – Music Festival, Speakers, Visual Arts, and Campus Concerts

All DUU Administration positions are selected by a interviewing committee consisting of University Union Board (faculty, student affairs, campus council, DSG, and BSA representatives), current Duke University Union Administration, and relevant committee members.
