The Vice President of Academic Affairs serves as a vital link between the student body, the administration and the Board of Trustees. This person must act on undergraduate concerns in the area of academic affairs. In addition, the Vice President of Academic Affairs is responsible for DSG business in the following areas:

• The Office of the Provost.
• The Offices of the Dean of Trinity College and the Dean of Engineering.
• Undergraduate curriculum, teaching evaluations, advising, registration, and academic programs.
• Undergraduate tuition, and financial aid.
• Student-Faculty Interaction.
• Undergraduate Honor Code.
