Zach Perret is the 2009-2010 President and was the 2008-2009 Executive Secretary of the Duke University Union.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee All DUU Activity
  • Represent DUU to Students, Faculty, and the Community
  • Chair University Union Board and DUU Administrative Board
  • Work to Further the Union and the Student Body as a Whole

Background

Zach is a senior from Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is completing a double-major in Chemistry and Biology. In addition to his work with DUU, Zach has also spent significant time working with the Evolve Foundation, a start-up nonprofit, and doing research in biomolecular imaging systems development in the Chemistry department. He also plays club soccer.
